VAT will automatically be added to your order unless it is exempt. A delivery charge fee of £9.95 will be added to all orders unless you collect from our factory.
We can offer you material samples showing various paper weights and finishes. Visual samples are available upon request. Just ask our friendly team!
We sell to any legitimate, law abiding business.
This question is never easy; however, here are the most common reasons for charging VAT. There is no VAT on most leaflets, brochures and books. However, there are a few exceptions. If your leaflet is to be used as admission, or as a discount to a product or service. i.e.Free admission with this leaflet” or “10% off with this card”, it will be subject to VAT. If your leaflet has an area to be written on, i.e. a form or a response page that makes up 25% or more of the final design, then your leaflet will be subject to VAT. You can find out more about VAT print rules & regulations from HM Revenue & Customs.
This will depend on the printing job. Our standard delivery times are 5-7 working days from artwork sign off. On many jobs we offer 2-3 working days and NEXT DAY delivery on some items if ordered before 1pm. We are always happy to give you an estimated date for your delivery just get in touch by emailing us at sales@charismaprint.com or calling on 0121 772 6020.
You can customise all leaflets to incorporate all of your own information or message. We can help to create a design for you and even a logo.
We do not supply design templates, but we do have example leaflets we would be happy to email to you for inspiration. Or you can use an online design program to create artwork and then save it as a print-ready file. Or, if you prefer, send us your artwork brief and let our creative team bring your vision to life.
Of course you can design your own leaflet! However, if you have no experience laying out digital artwork this can be an issue for us, and the finished product may look unprofessional.
